Thank you for the meticulous inspection and your integrity throughout this process. I appreciate your flexibility in scheduling, timeliness and professionalism. It has been a pleasure working with you. Thank you for being a part of our home buying process for our first home!
Jeffry was prompt, respectful and thorough. He answered all our questions and talked to us about his findings. A complete report was made available to us soon after the inspection. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend the services of Jeffry Heller and Willamette Home Inspection.
I just wanted you to know that you guys were great! That was hands down by far the best experience I have ever had with a home inspection. I really appreciate the time you guys took to walk around and explain things to us.
This month, I hired Jeffry Heller of Willamette Home Inspection to inspect an addition that was recently built for me. The structure had water seeping from the roof panels into the framing lumber, and my concern was that the wood would rot over time. I was looking for ways to remedy the structural problems. Mr. Heller has previously done extensive home remodeling for me, so I knew of his quality work, attention to detail, and solid practical knowledge of home construction and repair.
Mr. Heller took time to thoroughly inspect the structure, inquired how the work was done and then provided me with a full proposal how to improve on the structure - so the water problems would be solved. What I appreciated most was his full explanation of the issues and the solution, so that I as a lay person could understand what to contract for, without incurring unnecessary costs. In fact, Mr. Heller wrote to me later again, making sure that I fully understood and was satisfied with his services.
Anyone asking Mr. Heller to do a home inspection will be provided a solid assessment based on local building standards and the trade’s best practices. He related well to me, and I believe that he does with anyone wanting to get a quality inspection. I highly recommend his services.
I just wanted to thank you again! Jeffry and Ron are both friendly and approachable. You guys helped me steer clear of a potential problem purchase. The knowledge and insight you brought into the equation has been a godsend for me. I am so glad you were available! As you mentioned - it's meant to be revealing, not flattering. That is why I am happy to recommend you for any inspections. Anybody who wants to know can rest assured, Willamette Home Inspections is well worth your time and hard earned money!
Thank you for the information and your opinion. And for doing such great work today. I really appreciate it :)
Thank you very much, Jeffry! It was so nice to meet you both! We appreciate your work!
